EXPLANATORY NOTICE SafetyAlert number SR/02325/25

We would like to inform you that, as a result of tests and analysis of documents submitted by Oxyline to the notifying party, the market surveillance authority in Latvia – PTAC (Consumer Rights Protection Centre) – has decided to withdraw SafetyAlert number SR/02325/25 concerning product X310SVFFP3RD (EAN code: 5907377571117) from the SafetyGate database.

The decision to withdraw was made on the basis of evidence and independent research and expert opinions.
