Description
INTENDED USE
1013 P3 R filters, when completed with an appropriate two-filter half mask or mask, protect the respiratory system against
particulate aerosols (dusts, flumes) and liquid aerosols (mists) as long as the concentration of the dispersed aerosol phase does not exceed:
For the 1013 P3 R filter – 20 x OEL (Occupational Exposure Limit), if assembled with a half mask, and 1000 x OEL, if assembled with a mask.
Application examples:
asbestos, hard wood and iron machining dusts, heavy metal fumes and mists of heavy metal soluble salts, compounds of uranium and radium, mineral dust, rubber fillers, fertilizers
Restrictions on the use
1013 P3 R filters must not be used if air oxygen content isbelow 17% vol. and in confined spacesof small cubature.
NOTE: Half masks and masks assembled with 1013 P3 filters do not protect against carbon monoxide. Do not use half masks with filters near fires.
System easy connection for extensive protection
It is possible to combine with each other, filters and absorbers in any sets..
